“No one,” Devorah continued, “in this distracted world but
has seen some glimpses of the other world, the real world. Yet while we still
value our dark projections, we will deny these glimpses, insisting that we love
what we love not, and avoiding the road that love points out. Love leads so
gladly! It waits but for our willingness to release the illusory world. We wait
but for ourSelves. Give this sad world over and exchange your errors for the peace
and love of God.
“The peace of God passeth our understanding only when we
forget who we are and identify with the ego. Yet it is here and you can
understand it now! The real world is the way that leads to remembrance of the
one thing that is wholly true and wholly ours. All else we have made and lent
ourselves in time and will fade. Love waits on welcome, not on time. The real
world is but our welcome of what always was and is now. Feel it! Know it! The call of joy is in it, and your
glad response is your awakening to what you have not lost.”
