Shift Questions: Part Three

The idea is to give these lot's of thought. Get in touch with your spiritual, mental, emotional and physical aspects. It's possible to have a few answers; if you do, good! For maximum benefit, write down your answers and use it as the first draft of you life's road map. Also, keep in mind that you are not alone in the world, that you are part of a family, community, nation and world. How will what you're thinking about impact these?

Part Three

What would you like to do less of, do differently or stop doing altogether?

How could you begin?
What support do you need?

What’s the most important thing in the world to you, right now?

What do you want to experience in your life, right now?
How would that look, sound, taste and feel? Really get into it. Feel it, see it, be it now. Claim it for yourself. Choose now to orient your life around creating it. [Be-Do-Have]

Where are you, in relation to that on a scale of 1-10, how close?
Be as honest and accepting of your current reality as you can. By holding your vision and your reality simultaneously, you create a structural tension that will help pull you towards the successful realization of your vision.

What would it be like for you, if this were two points higher?

What would it be worth to achieve that?
What would you be willing to do, right now, to move forward?
And, after that?

What might prevent you from doing those things?

What two actions will you take in the next few hours to overcome the blocks and move forward?

How can you be sure you’ll take those actions? What will you do to be sure you’ll take those actions?
